SPP-05-CA by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a linear low density polyethylene grade. Exhibits very good environmental stress crack resistance, toughness, low temperature performance and easy processability. It contains a well-dispersed carbon black of fine particle size in order to ensure excellent weathering resistance. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Recommended for sheathing & jacketing of telecommunication cables. Meets the requirements of cable jacketing specifications including BS 6234, Type 03C, TS1 and ASTM D 1248, Type 1, Class C, Category 5, Grade E5, J3.
