ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-4200 by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a low smoke, halogen free, flame retardant, polyolefin-based thermoplastic compound containing inorganic filler and other additives. Possesses high oxygen index, temperature index and thermal stress resistance. ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-4200 exhibits colorability, good processing & physical properties, very good mechanical properties, long-term reliability, and good UV stability. It is insoluble in water and is suitable for processing by extrusion using low C/R screw rather than regular polyethylene screw. Recommended for cable sheathing & jacketing applications. Meets industrial cable specifications including BS 7655 LTS 1,3 & 4, VDE 0207 PART 24 HM2 & HM4 and IEC 332-1 / IEC 332-2 / IEC 332-3, CAT C. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-35 F by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a flexible, non-halogen, low-smoke flame retardant compound based on polyolefin. Consists of special thermoplastic polymers, inorganic filler and other additives. ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-35 F shows good processing and physical properties. It is a colorable compound with PE/EVA base masterbatch. Offers good abrasion resistance, flexibility and good mechanical properties, long-term reliability, excellent flame retardancy as well as zero halogen acid gas generation. Processed by extrusion using low C/R screw rather than regular polyethylene screw. Recommended for sheathing/jacketing of power and telecommunication cables. Cables manufactured with SPL-ZHFR-8800 according to standard technology meet the following industrial cable specifications like EN 50363-7:2005 TI 6, EN 50363-8:2005 TM 7, IEC 332-1 / IEC 332-2, VDE 0207 PART 24 HM2 & HM4. It is compliant with RoHS.
