VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-611 by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a colorable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based compound. It is formulated with a high quality resin with special plasticizer and stabilizers. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for automotive T2 battery and cable sheathing application from cross-section area 6 Sq.mm to 35 Sq.mm. Meets the requirements of class B as per ISO 6722 specification and complies with the RoHS regulation. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-105 RoHS by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a colorable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based compound. It is formulated with a high quality resin with special plasticizer and stabilizers. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Recommended for insulation & sheathing application in a wide variety of heat resistant cables. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-105 RoHS meets the requirements of specifications including DIN VDE 0207 Part 4 Type YI1, YI2 & UL 758 and complies with the RoHS regulation. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-70(RoHS) by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is an oil resistant, high performance polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based TPR compound. Exhibits very good flexibility, mechanical properties and good abrasion resistance. It is insoluble in water and is suitable for processing by extrusion. Applications include sheathing & jacketing of welding & elevator cables. Meets the requirements of BS EN 50363-4-1:2005 Type TM 5 specification and complies with the RoHS & REACH regulations. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-2213 is a colorable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based compound. It is formulated with a high quality resin with special plasticizer and stabilizers. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for thin wall insulation of low tension automotive cables. Meets the requirements of AVS/AVSS as per JASO D 611 specification and complies with the RoHS regulation. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-66 RoHS is an oil resistant, high performance polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based TPR compound. Exhibits very good flexibility, mechanical properties and good abrasion resistance. It is insoluble in water and is suitable for processing by extrusion. Applications include sheathing & jacketing of flexible cables. Meets the requirements of AS/NZS 3808 Type V-90HT specification and complies with the RoHS & REACH regulations. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-606T is a colorable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based compound. It is formulated with a high quality resin with special plasticizer and stabilizers. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for automotive cable application from cross-section area 0.35 Sq.mm to 25.0 Sq.mm & outer sheathing. Meets the requirements of class B as per ISO 6722 specification and complies with the RoHS regulation. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-2213E is a colorable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based compound. It is formulated with a high quality resin with special plasticizer and stabilizers. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for thin wall insulation of low tension automotive cables. Meets the requirements of specifications including JASO D 611 type AVS/AVSS, JASO D 609, JASO D 618 & JIS K7212, and complies with the RoHS regulation. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-105 FR RoHS is a colorable, flame retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-based compound. It is formulated with a high quality resin with special plasticizer and stabilizers. It is insoluble in water and can be processed using extrusion. Recommended for insulation & sheathing application in a wide variety of heat resistant cables. Meets the requirements of specifications including 105°C UL 758 AWM style 1015, EN 50363-3 :2005 Type TI3 & EN 50363-4-1:2005 Type TM3 and complies with the RoHS regulation. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-60 by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a high performance PVC based TPR compound. It is oil resistant and easy to process. Exhibits very good flexibility, mechanical properties and good abrasion resistance properties. Processed by extrusion. Recommended for insulation and jacketing of welding cables and elevator cables. VINYLTEK® SPL-VTEK-60 is compliant with IS : 5831, Type A, and ST2; IEC 60502 ST2; 50363-4-1:2005 Type TM 5 specifications.
