RTP 200 FR NH by RTP Company is halogen-free, flame retardant, unreinforced nylon 6/6 (PA) grade. It provides cost-effectiveness, increased plastics ignition resistance and reduced flame spread speed, heat release and smoke generation. It exhibits outstanding mechanical properties up to 135°C in continuous use, good resistance to chemicals and molds easily in thin wall sections. It can be processed using injection molding. RTP 200 FR NH can be used in industrial fan shrouds, components in electrical and consumer goods and power tool brackets or housings. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended. It is designed for full compliance to both global regulatory and ecolabel restrictions and offers V-0 performance. RTP 200 AR 15 TFE 15 SI 2 by RTP Company is PTFE- & silicone-lubricated, aramid fiber-filled nylon 6-6 (PA) grade. It offers wear and friction resistance, cost-effectiveness, reduced stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data and surface protection for highly aesthetic parts (such as scratch & mar resistance). It provides buzz, squeak and rattle (BSR) noise reduction and enhanced performance (enhanced mechanical, chemical and temperature resistance). It can withstand with high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemical and demanding tolerances. It can be processed using injection molding. RTP 200 AR 15 TFE 15 SI 2 is suitable for tribological applications including bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. RTP 200 GB 20 HS is a heat stabilized polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6) reinforced with 20% glass bead. Enables strength, ductility, stiffness, heat resistance, chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, wear resistance and lubricity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include complex, thin walled components to large thick walled housings and metal replacement. RTP 200 H MS 4 is an impact modified polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6) with molybdenum disulfide. RTP 200 TC-C-21 FR is a thermally & electrically conductive polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6) with flame retardant.
