RTP 200 AR 15 TFE 15 SI 2 by RTP Company is PTFE- & silicone-lubricated, aramid fiber-filled nylon 6-6 (PA) grade. It offers wear and friction resistance, cost-effectiveness, reduced stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data and surface protection for highly aesthetic parts (such as scratch & mar resistance). It provides buzz, squeak and rattle (BSR) noise reduction and enhanced performance (enhanced mechanical, chemical and temperature resistance). It can withstand with high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemical and demanding tolerances. It can be processed using injection molding. RTP 200 AR 15 TFE 15 SI 2 is suitable for tribological applications including bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended.
