RTP 200 FR NH by RTP Company is halogen-free, flame retardant, unreinforced nylon 6/6 (PA) grade. It provides cost-effectiveness, increased plastics ignition resistance and reduced flame spread speed, heat release and smoke generation. It exhibits outstanding mechanical properties up to 135°C in continuous use, good resistance to chemicals and molds easily in thin wall sections. It can be processed using injection molding. RTP 200 FR NH can be used in industrial fan shrouds, components in electrical and consumer goods and power tool brackets or housings. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended. It is designed for full compliance to both global regulatory and ecolabel restrictions and offers V-0 performance.
