PermaStat® 600 Nat/Clear by RTP Company is an anti-static, transparent acrylonitrile butadiene styrene [ABS] grade with ESD protection. It offers dimensional stability, toughness (even at low temperatures) and chemical resistance. It exhibits increased surface hardness & good balance of properties and is rigid. It provides high heat deflection temperature, impact strength and low mold shrinkage. It has poor weatherability, poor solvent resistance and high smoke generation when burned. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. PermaStat® 600 Nat/Clear is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications like instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides. It is also used in inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bio-electrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electro-static painting. PermaStat® 603 is an anti-static acrylonitrile butadiene styrene [ABS] grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It has ESD Protection. It offers dimensional stability, toughness (even at low temperatures) and chemical resistance. It exhibits increased surface hardness & good balance of properties and is rigid. This non-sloughing, inherently dissipative polymer (IDP) is ideal for dust-free or static-free environments. PermaStat® 1800 Nat/Clear can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is suitable for use in automotive, electronic packaging, medical, industrial and data storage applications. It is formulated to meet MIL-PRF-81705D static decay requirements and complies with RoHS. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended. PermaStat® 600 HB by RTP Company is a permanently anti-static acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. It provides ESD protection, colorability, wear resistance, impact strength and purity. It offers excellent dimensional stability, cost savings, increased freedom design and reliability. This non-sloughing, inherently dissipative polymer (IDP) is ideal for dust-free or static-free environments. PermaStat® 600 HB can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is suitable for use in automotive, electronic packaging, medical, industrial and data storage applications. It complies with RoHS. It is formulated to meet MIL-PRF-81705D static decay requirements. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended. PermaStat® 4500 by RTP Company is a permanently static dissipative aliphatic polyketone (PK) grade and provides ESD protection. PermaStat® 1800 by RTP Company is a clear/ colorable, natural/ black colored, permanently antistatic polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) grade. Exhibits good weatherability when exposed to UV and excellent electrical properties. Provides wide variety of colors & appearances and ESD Protection. Can be processed using injection molding. PermaStat® 1800 by RTP Company is recommended for electronics and packaging aplications such as motion sensor enclosures. PermaStat® 200 A is an ESD protective, permanently anti-static, tough, abrasion-resistant nylon (polyamide) 6 grade. Exhibits strength, stiffness and chemical resistance to hydrocarbons. Shows improved surface appearance, creep resistance and processability compared to nylon 6/6. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for use in applications where toughness, lubricity, and wear are important, such as gear wheels. Applications include automotive (fuel systems), electrical, electronics, medical (pMDI & DPI inhalers) and industrial (stationary & handheld work lights, instrument housings, electronic part handling totes, housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers and guides) markets. PermaStat 400 is a permanently antistatic polystyrene(PS) grade. Provides electrostatic discharge protection and offers outstanding electrical properties combined with high rigidity, moldability, paintability and dimensional stability. Exhibits high- strength, impact resistance and low specific gravity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for ESD storage box, visors etc. PermaStat® 301 by RTP Company is an all polymeric, permanently antistatic polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It provides good creep resistance, excellent impact strength, high heat resistance and good electrical properties. It exhibits colorability, transparency, toughness, dimensional stability and low fatigue endurance. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. PermaStat® 301 is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. It is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electro-static painting. PermaStat® 200 FR is an anti-static polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6) with flame retardant. Enables strength, ductility, stiffness, heat resistance, chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, wear resistance and lubricity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include complex, thin walled components to large thick walled housings and metal replacement, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips and sterilization cases. Also used in pumps, motors & test equipment, HVAC drain pans, vents and electrostatic painting, healthcare, electrical & electronic connectors applications. Suitable for automotive applications such as fuel system connectors, fuel dispensors, filler necks, fuel valves etc. Has ESD Protection and complies with RoHS.
