PermaStat® 600 HB by RTP Company is a permanently anti-static acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. It provides ESD protection, colorability, wear resistance, impact strength and purity. It offers excellent dimensional stability, cost savings, increased freedom design and reliability. This non-sloughing, inherently dissipative polymer (IDP) is ideal for dust-free or static-free environments. PermaStat® 600 HB can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is suitable for use in automotive, electronic packaging, medical, industrial and data storage applications. It complies with RoHS. It is formulated to meet MIL-PRF-81705D static decay requirements. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended.
