PermaStat® 1800 Nat/Clear by RTP Company is a transparent, permanently anti-static poly(methyl methacrylate) PMMA grade. It provides ESD protection, colorability, wear resistance, impact strength and purity. It offers cost savings, increased freedom design and reliability. This non-sloughing, inherently dissipative polymer (IDP) is ideal for dust-free or static-free environments. PermaStat® 1800 Nat/Clear can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is suitable for use in automotive, electronic packaging, medical, industrial and data storage applications. It is formulated to meet MIL-PRF-81705D static decay requirements and complies with RoHS. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended.
