PRE-ELEC® PP18220 by Premix is an electrically conductive, flexible polypropylene (PP). It offers excellent carbon black dispersion, and a flexural modulus aligned with PP insulation. It exhibits good low temperature properties and is easy to extrude. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It provides reliable performance, mechanical compatibility, and processing stability in demanding cable environments. </li> <li> It is recommended for use in MV and HV power cable applications as a semiconductive screen layer. </li> <li> PRE-ELEC® PP18220 is also suitable for advanced, recyclable cable systems, conductive screen, tubes and sheets. </li> <li> It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li> </ul> PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 by Premix is a high-rigidity polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade. It's a conductive grade that's made possible by the use of conductive carbon fiber. Electrical resistivity is minimal, and mechanical characteristics are excellent. PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 is a thermoplastic that can be used to make injection molded technical products. PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 is ideal for electronic component housings and other static-sensitive electronics (SSD). PRE-ELEC® ESD 6300 by Premix is a static dissipative high impact polystyrene (HIPS) grade. Exhibits surface resistance, achieved with optimum processing parameters. Designed for extrusion of thermoformable multilayer sheets and injection molding processes. Products made from PRE-ELEC® ESD 6300 are washable, reusable and recyclable. Suitable for manufacturing of molded boxes, bins, thermoformed trays and clamshells when permanent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is required. Used in electronics, medical, pharmaceutical and paper handling industries. PRE-ELEC® TP 11270 by Premix is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is a conductive grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits low electrical resistivity and excellent mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® TP 11270 is recommended for manufacturing of automotive fuel system parts, extruded fuel filler pipes and injection molded fuel filler necks and heads. PRE-ELEC® PE 1291 by Premix is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is an electrically conductive grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits low electrical resistivity and excellent mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® PE 1291 is suitable for blow molded bottles, containers and canisters and mono- & co-extruded pipes and sheets. PRE-ELEC® PS 1328 by Premix is a polystyrene (PS) grade. Is a conductive grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits low electrical resistivity and excellent mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® PS 1328 is suitable for injection molding process. Recommended for manufacturing of tote bins and boxes for electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive products. PRE-ELEC® PE 1201 by Premix is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is an electrically conductive grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits low electrical resistivity and excellent mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® PE 1201 is designed for extrusion of monolayer pressure pipes (PE 80) for areas with explosive atmosphere and sheets which can be welded and vacuum formed without pre-drying. PRE-ELEC® PP 1352 by Premix is a polypropylene (PP) grade. Is an electrically dissipative grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits stable surface resistance and excellent balance of mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® PP 1352 is designed for injection molding process. Recommended for manufacturing of electrostatic discharge (ESD) products such as crates, boxes and tote bins. PRE-ELEC® PP 1351 by Premix is a polypropylene (PP) grade. Is an electrically dissipative grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits stable surface resistance and excellent balance of mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® PP 1351 is designed for injection molding process. Recommended for manufacturing of electrostatic discharge (ESD) products such as crates, boxes and tote bins. PRE-ELEC® PP 1381 by Premix is a polypropylene (PP) grade. Is a conductive grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black which can be diluted up to 50% with virgin or recycled PP. PRE-ELEC® PP 1381 is suitable for injection molding process. Recommended for big moldings such as boxes, crates and pallets.
