PRE-ELEC® PP18220

PRE-ELEC® PP18220 by Premix is an electrically conductive, flexible polypropylene (PP). It offers excellent carbon black dispersion, and a flexural modulus aligned with PP insulation. It exhibits good low temperature properties and is easy to extrude. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It provides reliable performance, mechanical compatibility, and processing stability in demanding cable environments. </li> <li> It is recommended for use in MV and HV power cable applications as a semiconductive screen layer. </li> <li> PRE-ELEC® PP18220 is also suitable for advanced, recyclable cable systems, conductive screen, tubes and sheets. </li> <li> It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li> </ul>

PRE-ELEC® PA 1406

PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 by Premix is a high-rigidity polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade. It's a conductive grade that's made possible by the use of conductive carbon fiber. Electrical resistivity is minimal, and mechanical characteristics are excellent. PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 is a thermoplastic that can be used to make injection molded technical products. PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 is ideal for electronic component housings and other static-sensitive electronics (SSD).

PRE-ELEC® TP 11270 by Premix is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is a conductive grade, achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Exhibits low electrical resistivity and excellent mechanical properties. PRE-ELEC® TP 11270 is recommended for manufacturing of automotive fuel system parts, extruded fuel filler pipes and injection molded fuel filler necks and heads.
