Polidan® T/A-HF by Padanaplast is a silane crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) resin. It is used with catalyst masterbatch to accelerate the crosslinking reaction. Possesses high density and high electrical & insulation properties and offers good processability. Can withstand high or low working temperatures and possesses hydrolysis resistance. Designed for processing by pipe extrusion. Polidan® T/A-HF by Padanaplast is suitable for the production of plumbing parts like fittings for domestic hot & cold water supply for both monolayer & all plastic multilayer pipe solutions. It is ideal for flexible & smooth-surface pipes used in sanitary & heating environments and potable water applications. Complies with RoHS. Polidan® EC/51 by Padanplast is a crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) resin. It consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound (Siloplas® method) to be used with catalyst masterbatch. Exhibits low density, good flexibility, low toxicity and high electrical & insulation properties. It is curable by exposure to ambient moisture and is potable water approved. Can withstand high or low working temperatures and possesses hydrolysis resistance. Suitable for processing by high speed extrusion on standard lines. Polidan® EC/51 is applicable for wire & cable applications such as low voltage power and signal cable insulation. Complies with RoHS regulations. Exhibits excellent temperature resistance, very high environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and high heat & hydrolysis resistance. Offers very good abrasion-, pressure-, chemical- & corrosion resistance at high temperatures, superior resistance towards crack propagation (RCP) and excellent long-term strength. This specialty grade possesses high density and high electrical insulation properties. Can withstand high or low working temperatures. Designed for processing by pipe extrusion and injection molding. Polidan® TUX 100 is used in the production of pipes and fittings solutions for geothermal, district heating, chemical processing facilities, oil & gas applications and other industrial applications.
