Cogegum® GFR/325

Cogegum® GFR/325 by Padanaplast is a cross-linkable, halogen-free, flame-retarded polyolefin (XLPO-HFFR) resin. It is an insulating silane grafted compound. Exhibits resistance to alkali, acids & drilling mud, chemical resistance, weatherability and hot deformation resistance. Possesses low smoke emission, low toxicity and self-extinguishing properties without halogenidric acids evolution and toxic & corrosive gas emission. Suitable for processing by extrusion and compression molding. It is designed for the railway, shipboard and naval cable. It is a special grade for EI5 application, building wire H07Z, BS7211 & fire survivor cable. Cogegum® GFR/325 is applicable for wire & cable applications such as cable jacketing, low voltage insulation and PV solar cable. Complies with RoHS regulations.

Cogegum® GFR/380

Cogegum® GFR/380 by Padanaplast is a cross-linkable, halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) polyolefin grade. Includes a master batch that contains special additives to improve cross-linking action, aging and an anti-ultraviolet (UV) agent for enhanced weatherability. It is a silane grafted compound that contributes to giving the cable self-extinguish properties without halogenidric acids evolution, toxic and corrosive gases and dark smoke emission. Shows greater flexibility, fast curing in ambient moisture and chemical resistance to substances such as oil, fuels, alkalines and acids. Cogegum® GFR/380 is used in cable jacketing for railway, shipboard, industrial, oil and gas industries.
