Polidan® TUX 100 by Padanaplast is a crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) resin. It is manufactured according to the Sioplas® process. Exhibits excellent temperature resistance, very high environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and high heat & hydrolysis resistance. Offers very good abrasion-, pressure-, chemical- & corrosion resistance at high temperatures, superior resistance towards crack propagation (RCP) and excellent long-term strength. This specialty grade possesses high density and high electrical insulation properties. Can withstand high or low working temperatures. Designed for processing by pipe extrusion and injection molding. Polidan® TUX 100 is used in the production of pipes and fittings solutions for geothermal, district heating, chemical processing facilities, oil & gas applications and other industrial applications.
