Omniatec PSU

Omniatec PSU by Omnia Plastica is a semi-crystalline, physiologically inert polysufone (PSU) grade with high mechanical and thermal properties (up to 240°C). It is electrically insulating and possesses good tensile stress, flexural strength, elastic modulus, low friction coefficient, transparency, good dielectric properties and resists to creep under load & to wear. Exhibits high temperature-, chemical-, thermal-, mineral acids-, alkali-, salt solutions-, hydrolysis and steam resistance. Used in manufacturing of pump components, flanges which are in contact with food liquids, high performance applications such as bearings, precision gears at low as well as high temperatures, electrical applications including plates for circuits, coils and insulators. Suitable for food contact parts, even at high temperature. Complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.

Omniacetal POM C

Omniacetal POM C by Omnia Plastica is a good thermally stable polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer with good dielectric and insulating properties. Akulon® PA66

Akulon® PA66 by Omnia Plastica is a natural colored, hygroscopic, weatherproof, self-lubricating polyamide 66 (PA 66, Nylon 66) grade obtained by the polymerisation of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid. Possesses stiffness, toughness and brittleness higher than that of polyamide 6, very high tensile stress and compressive strength. Exhibits easy machinability on automatic machine tools and good moisture absorption. Provides resistance to wear, aging and chemicals such as alkali, inorganic compounds and solvents. Can be processed by injection molding. It is suitable for molding into rods, sheets and tubes. Akulon® PA66 is recommended for gears, cams, pulleys, anti-wear guides, wheels, mechanical parts and food contact uses in some cases.
