MIPELON™ XM-330 by Mitsui Chemicals is an easy to mold, halogen-free, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with spherical powder shape, low friction and narrow particle size distribution. It exhibits high mechanical properties, uniform dispersion, good abrasion resistance and high durability. MIPELON™ XM-330 functions as a micro-bearing particle inside grease and decreases the coefficient of friction and sliding property. Also, displays superb processability, high chemical resistance and low to none water absorption. Recommended for roll, belt, hose & medical parts. Also, used in dust collection & medical filter due to its pore size and ratio control. It is food contact acceptable. MIPELON™ PM-200 by Mitsui Chemicals is a self-lubricating, halogen-free, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with low friction, spherical powder shape and narrow particle size distribution. It is an easy to mold grade with high durability and uniform dispersion. It possesses uniform & smooth surface and exceptional mechanical strength. It exhibits low water absorption, good impact strength and innovative processability. It provides superb chemical-, abrasion-, heat- and water resistance. MIPELON™ PM-200 functions as a micro-bearing particle inside grease and decreases the coefficient of friction and sliding property. It prevents film blocking and bleed out over time, unlike other slipping agents. Also, displays mechanical, anti-blocking & antiscratch properties. It is food contact acceptable. It is suitable for protective film and food packaging applications. MIPELON™ XM-220 by Mitsui Chemicals is a halogen-free, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with low friction, spherical powder shape and narrow particle size distribution. It possesses uniform & smooth surface, high mechanical properties and exceptional mechanical strength.
