MIPELON™ XM-330 by Mitsui Chemicals is an easy to mold, halogen-free, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with spherical powder shape, low friction and narrow particle size distribution. It exhibits high mechanical properties, uniform dispersion, good abrasion resistance and high durability. MIPELON™ XM-330 functions as a micro-bearing particle inside grease and decreases the coefficient of friction and sliding property. Also, displays superb processability, high chemical resistance and low to none water absorption. Recommended for roll, belt, hose & medical parts. Also, used in dust collection & medical filter due to its pore size and ratio control. It is food contact acceptable.
