Nylatron® MC 907 PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is an off-white colored, unmodified polyamide 6 (nylon 6). Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Nylatron® GSM Blue PA6

Nylatron® GSM Blue PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a dark blue, internally lubricated, heat stabilized, polyamide 6 (nylon 6) reinforced with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) and oil. Offers low coefficient of friction, good limiting PV and low "k" factor. Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings & custom castings and for high load applications. Desired for applications like slide pads, thrust washers and trunion bearings. Duratron® U1000 PEI

Duratron® U1000 PEI by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is an amorphous, flame-resistant polyether imide (PEI) grade. Exhibits high strength, low smoke emission and excellent heat resistance. Offers good hydrolysis resistance, high resistance to acidic solutions and capable of withstanding repeated autoclaving cycles. Its stock shapes are produced from selected batches of a specific ultem polyetherimide resin. Recommended for reusable medical devices, analytical instrumentation, electrical & electronic insulators (including many semiconductor process components) and a variety of structural component applications. Duratron® U1000 PEI complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating, FDA, EU regulation directive 2002/72/EC, ISO 10993-1 and USP Class VI regulations.
