LUVOCOM® 1-8864/ES by Lehmann & Voss is an electrically conductive, polyamide 66 reinforced with steel fibers. It is processed by injection molding. It is suitable for continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity. LUVOCOM® 1-8864/ES is suitable for EMI shielding. Possible applications include housings of electric and electronic devices such as computers, radios, phones, and laboratory equipment. LUVOCOM® 70-9046 by Lehmann & Voss is a high performance, PTFE filled polyketone grade. Shows low permeability, good weld line strength and good processability with shorter cycle times compared to other technical polymers such as PA 66 and POM. Offers improved friction and wear behavior. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It is optimized for dry running operations and sliding-couples with a low friction coefficient. Exhibits low wear rate, low water absorption, high chemical resistance, good tribological performance and good hydrolytic stability. LUVOCOM® 70-9046 applications include gear wheels, bearings, fuel system components, stock shapes and seals. LUVOCOM® 20-0659 by Lehmann & Voss is polyphthalamid reinforced with carbon fiber. It exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and improved friction & wear behavior. This grade shows low influence from moisture and temperature on dimensional stability and electrical properties, compared with PA66. It is suitable for metal inserts, very strong & stiff parts. It is optimized for dry running operations. LUVOCOM® 20-0659 is designed for injection molding applications. LUVOCOM® 3/CF/30 by Lehmann & Voss is an electrically conductive, polyamide 6 reinforced with carbon fiber. It is processed by injection molding. This grade shows low coefficient of thermal expansion. LUVOCOM® 3/CF/30 is suitable for continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity and very strong & stiff parts. LUVOCOM® 1105/GF/20/EM by Lehmann & Voss is a non-flammable, polyetheretherketone reinforced with glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. It is suitable for medical parts, superheated steam sterilizable, hydrolysis resistance, chemically- and hydrolytically- resistant parts. LUVOCOM® 1105/GF/20/EM is used in strong & stiff parts, highly dimensional stable precision parts and high continuous use temperature. LUVOCOM® 80-8222/EG by Lehmann & Voss is a lubricant modified polyacetal copolymer reinforced with mineral filler. Exhibits high dimensional stability, low warpage, narrow tolerance range, improved friction and wear behavior. Shows emergency (dry) running property and isotropic shrinkage characteristics. Suitable for processing by injection molding. LUVOCOM® 80-8222/EG is recommended for automotive industry, textile- and office machinery, apparatus- and precision engineering. Applicable for manufacturing of bearings, sleeves, control disks, gear wheels and cams. LUVOCOM® 1105-0858 by Lehmann & Voss is an easy flowing, non-flammable, polyetheretherketone reinforced with glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in strong & stiff parts, highly dimensional stable precision part and high continuous use temperature. LUVOCOM® 1105-0858 is suitable for medical parts, superheated steam sterilizable, hydrolysis resistance, chemically- and hydrolytically- resistant parts. LUVOCOM® 1/CF/20/HS by Lehmann & Voss is a natural/ black colored, electrically conductive, heat stabilized polyamide 66 grade reinforced with carbon fiber. It exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and reduced moment of inertia compared with metal parts. This grade is suitable for continuous discharging of statically generated electricity. LUVOCOM® 1/CF/20/HS is processed by injection molding. Recommended for very strong & stiff parts and high dimensionally stable precision parts with low warpage & narrow tolerance range. It is used in gear parts for automotive appliances, control disks, cams and sliding elements, textile & office machinery, apparatus and precision engineering. LUVOCOM® 70-9045 by Lehmann & Voss is a high performance PK (polyketone) grade reinforced with carbon fibers. Exhibits low wear rate, low water absorption, high chemical resistance, good tribological performance, good hydrolytic stability and low permeability. Shows good weld line strength, high dimensional stability and good processability with shorter cycle times compared to other technical polymers such as PA 66 and POM. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It is electrically conductive with low warpage and narrow tolerance range. Suggested for continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity. Applications of LUVOCOM® 70-9045 include gear wheels, bearings, fuel system components, stock shapes, seals, strong and stiff parts. LUVOCOM® 1301-0824 by Lehmann & Voss is a linear polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with carbon fiber. It is non-flammable and exhibits high continuous-use and heat-distortion temperatures. It is suitable for dynamically-stressed, high strength & stiffness parts with low creep. It is processed by injection molding. LUVOCOM® 1301-0824 is electrically conductive and suitable for continuous discharging of statically generated electricity.
