LUVOCOM® 70-9046 by Lehmann & Voss is a high performance, PTFE filled polyketone grade. Shows low permeability, good weld line strength and good processability with shorter cycle times compared to other technical polymers such as PA 66 and POM. Offers improved friction and wear behavior. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It is optimized for dry running operations and sliding-couples with a low friction coefficient. Exhibits low wear rate, low water absorption, high chemical resistance, good tribological performance and good hydrolytic stability. LUVOCOM® 70-9046 applications include gear wheels, bearings, fuel system components, stock shapes and seals.
