LUVOCOM® 1/CF/20/HS by Lehmann & Voss is a natural/ black colored, electrically conductive, heat stabilized polyamide 66 grade reinforced with carbon fiber. It exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and reduced moment of inertia compared with metal parts. This grade is suitable for continuous discharging of statically generated electricity. LUVOCOM® 1/CF/20/HS is processed by injection molding. Recommended for very strong & stiff parts and high dimensionally stable precision parts with low warpage & narrow tolerance range. It is used in gear parts for automotive appliances, control disks, cams and sliding elements, textile & office machinery, apparatus and precision engineering.
