GENESTAR™ N1001A-M41 by Kuraray is a toughened polyamide 9T (PA 9T) grade. Possesses high impact strength & exhibits low friction coefficient and heat resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. GENESTAR™ N1001A-M41 is used in gear, wheel, friction and wear applications. GENESTAR™ GC1201A by Kuraray is a heat resistant, glass fiber reinforced polyamide 9T grade. It is a high-performance material with blister resistant for SMT (reflow) process compatibility. It provides high electrical conductivity, toughness, low water absorption, dimensional stability and chemical resistance. <br>

<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>GENESTAR™ GN2330 exhibits well balanced properties with a JEDEC MSL 1 blister-resistance, high dimensional stability and weld-line strength.</li></ul> GENESTAR™ G1350A-M42 by Kuraray is a polyamide 9T (PA 9T) grade reinforced with 35% glass fiber. Exhibits heat-, hydrolysis & chemical resistance and can be processed by injection molding. GENESTAR™ G1350A-M42 is used in thermostat housings, water inlets, outlets and valves. GENESTAR™ GP2450NH-2 by Kuraray is a standard, halogen-free polyamide (PA-9T) grade reinforced with 45% glass-fiber. It exhibits balance between mechanical properties and fluidity as existing halogen-based flame retardant brands. It is used in the manufacturing of board-to-cable connector, board-to-cable (FPC) connector and USB connector. GENESTAR™ GP2450NH-2 do not contain chlorine or bromine with V-0 flame retardant rating. GENESTAR™ GP2300T by Kuraray is a halogen-free, 30% glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA9T) grade with V-0 flammability at low thicknesses suitable for reflow soldering. GENESTAR™ PA9T exhibits well balanced properties with a JEDEC MSL 1 blister-resistance, toughness, high dimensional stability and a CTI beyond 600 V (PLC class 0). GENESTAR™ G1300H-F02 by Kuraray is a halogen-free, 30% glass-fiber reinforced PA9T grade suitable for reflow soldered components. It exhibits well balanced properties with a JEDEC MSL 1 blister-resistance, high-dimensional stability, weld-line strength and a CTI beyond 600 V (PLC class 0). GENESTAR™ G1300H-F02 is designed for a wide range of electrical and electronic components, including connectors and actuator housings. GENESTAR™ GW1458HF by Kuraray is a heat resistant polyamide (PA-9T) grade reinforced with 45% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent balance of high flow-ability and low warpage. GENESTAR™ GW1458HF is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in wide range of electrical and electronics components like FPC, board-to-board and wire-to-board connectors. GENESTAR™ R270D by Kuraray is a standard reinforced, heat resistant polyamide 9C (PA-9C) grade. Exhibits excellent balance of high strength and long-term reliability. GENESTAR™ R270D is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in LED-reflectors. GENESTAR™ G1302-F by Kuraray is a heat-resistant, 30% glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA9T) grade suitable for processing by injection molding. GENESTAR™ G1302-F is developed for electronic and electrical parts that require low friction. It is used in sliders and actuators applications.
