GENESTAR™ GC1201A by Kuraray is a heat resistant, glass fiber reinforced polyamide 9T grade. It is a high-performance material with blister resistant for SMT (reflow) process compatibility. It provides high electrical conductivity, toughness, low water absorption, dimensional stability and chemical resistance.
  • It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
  • It helps to avoid accumulation of static charges and its hydrophobic structure ensures no water penetration.
  • GENESTAR™ GC1201A is used in quick connector, lightweight automotive industries, including coolant, SCR and fuel lines, electric and electronic industries.
  • Offers excellent performance in hot, humid and chemical corrosive conditions and low NVH.
  • It is recommended for automotive sector such as thermal management applications, tubes, gears and fuel cell parts and non-automotive sectors such as oil & gas, e-bikes and other industrial applications.
