HYBRAR™ 7125F

HYBRAR™ 7125F by Kuraray is a curable, hydrogenated, vinyl-bond rich styrene-ethylene propylene styrene copolymer (SEPS). It is designed for processing by cast film extrusion. Used in other products as an environmentally friendly softener material without the need for a plasticizer, in contrast to soft PVC. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Exhibits good flexibility, elasticity, high vibration damping at room temperature.</li> <li>It is soluble in petroleum benzene, toluene, hexane, chloroform, cyclohexane, tetrahydrofuran and partially soluble in ethyl acetate & methyl ethyl ketone.</li> <li>It is insoluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, water and dimethylformamide.</li> <li>It is miscibility with PP, affinity with polyolefins- & styrenics, high heat- and weather resistance.</li> <li>Offers good impact properties at low temperature, low styrene content and glass transition temperature.</li> <li>It shows excellent miscibility with polypropylene resulting in exceptional transparency and clarity when blended.</li> <li>HYBRAR™ 7125F is recommended for sporting goods, electrical appliances, tubes, cables, flooring, shoes, consumer goods, films, sheets, construction-, automotive- and acoustic parts.</li></ul>

SEPTON™ 4033

SEPTON™ 4033 by Kuraray is a styrene ethylene ethylene propylene styrene copolymer (SEEPS). It offers better tensile strength, oil retention and PE compatibility than SEBS. It shows moderate elongation with exceptional oil absorbency property. It is also a recyclable grade. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can also replace PVC in several applications with rubber-like compounds. </li> <li>The high molecular weight product provides robust tensile strength and compression set. </li> <li>It shows weather-, heat aging- and chemical resistance (acid, alkali, alcohol). </li> <li>It possesses high elasticity & strength, low temperature and electrical properties (insulation). </li> <li>It is soluble in petroleum benzene, toluene, hexane, chloroform, cyclohexane, tetrahydrofuran and partially soluble in ethyl acetate & methyl ethyl ketone. </li> <li>It is insoluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, water and dimethylformamide. </li> <li>SEPTON™ 4033 is used in plastic modifiers, toys, sporting goods, films, soft touch grips, non-woven fabric and automotive parts applications.</li></ul>
