Jampilen EP548S by Jam Polypropylene is a nucleated, antistatic, heterophasic polypropylene (PP) copolymer. Exhibits high melt flow rate, high stiffness, good impact strength, easy mold filling, short cycle times, improved balance of mechanical properties, excellent dimensional stability and organoleptic properties. It exhibits 15% higher rigidity compared to conventional copolymers with the same MFR and the same toughness. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Jampilen EP548S is recommended for sports & leisure, toys, margarine tubs, pots (for soft cheeses, yoghurt, pudding, mayonnaise), caps, closures, flower pots, cool boxes, opaque food containers, housewares and thin-walled packaging. This grade is suitable for food contact applications. Jampilen RP240G by Jam Polypropylene is a clear polypropylene (PP) random copolymer. Exhibits excellent clarity and gloss that may be further enhanced through orientation processes. It can replace PVC in blow molding, sheet extrusion and thermoforming applications. Is suitable for processing by injection blow molding and single or multi-layer sheet extrusion. Jampilen RP240G is recommended for stationery folders, jars (for condiments, preserves), bottles (for detergents, toiletries, flat mineral water, fresh fruit juice, concentrates), thermoforming articles such as trays (for fresh pasta, sweets or biscuits, fruit, vegetable containers) and pots (for dairy products). The grade is suitable for food contact and medical applications. Jampilen RCXP598 by Jam Polypropylene is a medium modified polypropylene (PP) random copolymer. It is formulated with a general purpose stabilization package and does not contain any slip or antiblocking agents. Exhibits easy processability, good heat weldability, reduced blooming effect, good mechanical properties and optical characteristics are superior to films made with conventional random copolymers. Is suitable for processing by cast film and blown film extrusion. Jampilen RCXP598 is recommended for monolayer films as well as sealing layers in coextruded films or laminated structures (with BOPP, PA, polyester or aluminium). Used in stationery folders, packaging of foodstuff and textiles. The grade is food contact approved. Jampilen RP128M by Jam Polypropylene is a polypropylene (PP) terpolymer formulated with a slip and anti-blocking agents. Offers very high transparency, good hot tack, relatively high melt flow rate, excellent gloss, good mechanical, optical properties, low seal initiation temperature and outstanding heat weldability. Exhibits high resistance to oxygen, moisture, fats and oils. Is suitable for processing by biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film extrusion. Jampilen RP128M is recommended for quality packaging for food, stationery, cosmetics, clothes and cigarettes. Used in the production of shrinkable coextruded BOPP film for display packaging of cheese, bakery and meat products. It is food contact approved. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Jampilen EP440N is recommended for a wide range of applications in the packaging, automotive and consumer goods industries. Applications include luggage, paint pails, buckets, containers, crates, batteries and large toys. Jampilen EP648V by Jam Polypropylene is a nucleated, antistatic, heterophasic polypropylene (PP) copolymer. Exhibits good surface finish, ultra high fluidity, good stiffness/impact balance, good dimensional stability, low odour transfer, no monomer migration, excellent stress cracking resistance and high chemical resistance, easy mold filling, short cycle times, low shrinkage and warpage. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Jampilen EP648V is recommended for packaging, housewares and garden furniture. Applications include items with long flow paths such as laundry bins, drawer trays, toy boxes, small containers, CD and DVD boxes, margarine tubs and opaque containers for dairy products. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Jampilen EP448S is recommended for margarine tubs, pots (for soft cheeses, pudding, mayonnaise), caps, closures, flower pots, videocassette boxes, appliance components, small pails, cool boxes and food containers and thin-walled packaging. The grade is suitable for food contact applications. Jampilen HP550J by Jam Polypropylene is a water insoluble polypropylene (PP) homopolymer. Exhibits good mechanical properties and processability. Is suitable for processing by film-, yarn-, monofilament & sheet extrusion and thermoforming. Jampilen HP550J is designed for production of films that can be converted into stretched tapes for weaving applications. Textile film yarns (with a denier count < 1100-1200) are used in carpet backings, bags, industrial fabrics, mats and artificial grass. Film yarn (denier count 3000-28000) is used in baler twines, packaging twines and ropes. Other applications include raffia, tapes, strapping, brush, broom filling, nets and stiff sheet for high quality thermoformings (such as vending cups, packaging for dairy products, trays for fruits, biscuits, chocolates). Jampilen HP550J is suitable for food contact applications.
