Jampilen EP548S by Jam Polypropylene is a nucleated, antistatic, heterophasic polypropylene (PP) copolymer. Exhibits high melt flow rate, high stiffness, good impact strength, easy mold filling, short cycle times, improved balance of mechanical properties, excellent dimensional stability and organoleptic properties. It exhibits 15% higher rigidity compared to conventional copolymers with the same MFR and the same toughness. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Jampilen EP548S is recommended for sports & leisure, toys, margarine tubs, pots (for soft cheeses, yoghurt, pudding, mayonnaise), caps, closures, flower pots, cool boxes, opaque food containers, housewares and thin-walled packaging. This grade is suitable for food contact applications.
Jampilen RP128M by Jam Polypropylene is a polypropylene (PP) terpolymer formulated with a slip and anti-blocking agents. Offers very high transparency, good hot tack, relatively high melt flow rate, excellent gloss, good mechanical, optical properties, low seal initiation temperature and outstanding heat weldability. Exhibits high resistance to oxygen, moisture, fats and oils. Is suitable for processing by biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film extrusion. Jampilen RP128M is recommended for quality packaging for food, stationery, cosmetics, clothes and cigarettes. Used in the production of shrinkable coextruded BOPP film for display packaging of cheese, bakery and meat products. It is food contact approved.
Jampilen RCXP598 by Jam Polypropylene is a medium modified polypropylene (PP) random copolymer. It is formulated with a general purpose stabilization package and does not contain any slip or antiblocking agents. Exhibits easy processability, good heat weldability, reduced blooming effect, good mechanical properties and optical characteristics are superior to films made with conventional random copolymers. Is suitable for processing by cast film and blown film extrusion. Jampilen RCXP598 is recommended for monolayer films as well as sealing layers in coextruded films or laminated structures (with BOPP, PA, polyester or aluminium). Used in stationery folders, packaging of foodstuff and textiles. The grade is food contact approved.
