Arlon® 3160XT by Greene Tweed is a glass-reinforced, cross-linked polyether ether ketone (PEEK) material. It provides higher glass transition, ensuring higher effective use temperature (above 260°C based on operating conditions) and higher mechanical properties. It is designed for structural and sealing applications.<br>

<li>Arlon® 3160XT is recommended for electrolyzer, fuel cell components and applications where bolts, compression is used to assemble products and must remain tight.</li>
<li>It is also used in valve seats, where the small size of hydrogen molecules require very high actuation force and the standard glass-filled PEEK may deform.</li></ul>
Chemraz® G38 by Greene Tweed is perfluoroelastomer with low metal ion content. It is designed for high-density plasma systems which require seal reliability and minimal contamination. It provides unlimited design flexibility and diversity required for dynamic and static dry processing applications. It offers excellent physical properties and excellent chemical compatibility, withstanding a variety of aggressive chemicals.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for process applications such as metalization (PVD, sputtering, evaporation), deposition (CVD, PECVD, RPCVD, HDPCVD, APCVD, SACVD), remote plasma cleans, ion implant, oxidation, dry plasma etch, dry ashing, diffusion and anneal, and rapid thermal processing (RTP).</li>
<li>It is used in slit valves, chamber seals and bonded gate seals.</li>

Arlon® 3000XT by Greene Tweed is a cross-linked, enhanced polyether ether ketone (PEEK) material. It provides improved creep and extrusion resistance at temperatures ranging from 260°C to 300°C. It offers durability and reliability in high-pressure and high-temperature (HPHT) environments. It outperforms traditional material compounds used in back-up rings and other completions tools.<br>

<li>It provides reduced thermoplastic failure at high loads, enhanced mechanical performance, and improved electrical properties for thermal electrical insulating products.</li>

<li>It is recommended for V-rings, load support rings, custom seals, insulators, stock shapes, electrical connectors, and other geometries for a wide range of critical applications.</li>
