Terratek® BD5875 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a proprietary blend of natural and synthetic biodegradable polyester. It is suitable for sheet extrusion. This resin is made from polymers which pass industry standards for industrial composting. It has 61% by weight biomass content. Terratek® Flex GDH-B1 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a starch-based bioplastic elastomer designed to deliver flexibility, durability, and a soft-touch feel while supporting sustainability goals. It contains up to 35% biobased content and meets key compostability standards, including ASTM D6400 and EN 13432 for industrial composting, with the added ability to biodegrade in home composting conditions. The material is verified by NSF for safety and is free from phthalates, bisphenol A, lead, and cadmium, making it suitable for sensitive applications. It can be processed using conventional equipment through injection molding and extrusion, offering efficient manufacturing without modification. Terratek® Flex GDH-B1 is widely used in packaging, footwear, automotive accessories, household products, and toys, providing a sustainable alternative to conventional elastomers without compromising performance. Terratek® CC200515 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a proprietary blend of corn cob and bio-based polyethylene. It contains 30% corn cob fiber and with Braskem Green PE this formulation is fully bio-based. Terratek® CC200515 by Green Dot Bioplastics is processed by injection molding. Terratek® WC200145 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a sustainable wood plastic composite, proprietary blend of wood flour and bio-based polyethylene. It is processed by injection molding. It contains 30% wood flour and with Braskem Green PE this formulation is fully bio-based. It blends fine wood particles with renewable, biodegradable, reclaimed, recycled or virgin plastic materials to make firm, smooth pellets. It reduces energy use since it melts at lower temperatures. This grade offers uniform pellet size for even melting, low moisture content, low processing temperature, weather stability, long life and less maintenance. It provides no splinter, more natural look & feel and ease of processing. It is compatible with existing machinery. Terratek® WC200145 by Green Dot Bioplastics is used in children’s & dogs toys, automotive interiors, patio furniture, lawn & garden edging, fencing materials, outdoor decking materials and siding. Terratek® CC200500 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a proprietary blend of corn cob and bio-based polyethylene. It is processed by injection molding. Terratek® CC200500 by Green Dot Bioplastics contains 15% corn cob fiber and with Braskem Green PE this formulation is fully bio-based. Terratek® BD4802 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a plant-based, compostable, recyclable, proprietary blend of natural and synthetic biodegradable polyesters. It is a fractional melt bioplastic with low viscosity and very high melt strength. Terratek® BD4802 is suitable for processing by extrusion blow molding, sheet extrusion and thermoforming. Due to its extreme toughness after cooling, it can also be used in spinning for nonwoven processes, and profile extruded tubing applications. Terratek® BDW4130 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a proprietary blend of wood, natural and synthetic biodegradable polyesters. It can be processed by injection molding. This resin is made from polymers which pass industry standards for industrial and home composting. It contains 58% by weight biomass content. Terratek® BD1216 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a starch-based, biodegradable polyester. It possesses heat resistance, rigidity, pliability, strength and lower processing temperatures. It leads to energy savings and easy processing and taking on desired shape & color characteristics. This grade is tolerant to heat conditions ranging from moderate to high. It is a proprietary blend of bio-fillers, natural and synthetic polymers. It is made with ingredients which pass industry standards for composting. Terratek® BD1216 can be processed by injection molding. It is used in food packaging, disposable cutlery, single-use items, organic waste containers, gardening & other agricultural applications, plant pots and mulch films. It contains 60% by weight biomass content. Terratek® HC200610 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a combination of hemp and polypropylene (PP) grade. It can be processed by injection molding. It has 30% by weight biomass content. Terratek® NF3050 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a combination of bamboo fiber and polypropylene grade. This lighter & quieter grade possesses more sustainable life cycle and superior acoustic & thermal insulating properties. It offers stiffness & strength, greater fuel efficiency, cost savings and lower cumulative energy demand. Also, produces damped noise & vibrations, fewer emissions and requires less energy to source. It is suited to lower processing temperatures and faster processing times. It is processed by injection molding. Recommended for furniture, door & trunk liners, under floor pans, floor panels, sports components, skis, surfboards, hockey sticks and automotive parts. Terratek® NF3050 has 15% by weight biomass content.
