Terratek® Flex GDH-B1 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a starch-based bioplastic elastomer designed to deliver flexibility, durability, and a soft-touch feel while supporting sustainability goals. It contains up to 35% biobased content and meets key compostability standards, including ASTM D6400 and EN 13432 for industrial composting, with the added ability to biodegrade in home composting conditions. The material is verified by NSF for safety and is free from phthalates, bisphenol A, lead, and cadmium, making it suitable for sensitive applications. It can be processed using conventional equipment through injection molding and extrusion, offering efficient manufacturing without modification. Terratek® Flex GDH-B1 is widely used in packaging, footwear, automotive accessories, household products, and toys, providing a sustainable alternative to conventional elastomers without compromising performance.
