Terratek® WC200145 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a sustainable wood plastic composite, proprietary blend of wood flour and bio-based polyethylene. It is processed by injection molding. It contains 30% wood flour and with Braskem Green PE this formulation is fully bio-based. It blends fine wood particles with renewable, biodegradable, reclaimed, recycled or virgin plastic materials to make firm, smooth pellets. It reduces energy use since it melts at lower temperatures. This grade offers uniform pellet size for even melting, low moisture content, low processing temperature, weather stability, long life and less maintenance. It provides no splinter, more natural look & feel and ease of processing. It is compatible with existing machinery. Terratek® WC200145 by Green Dot Bioplastics is used in children’s & dogs toys, automotive interiors, patio furniture, lawn & garden edging, fencing materials, outdoor decking materials and siding.
