APPEEL™ 20D752 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene acrylate (EA) copolymer. It acts as a sealing layer for lidding applications. It offers peelable seals over a broad temperature range to a number of container materials such as PS and PP. It provides good peelability to PE and can be used to seal to itself leading to a cohesive peel system. It is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion and blown film extrusion. APPEEL™ 20D752 Peelable Resin complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1340, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 11D542 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer resin. It provides interfacial peel seals (film to film) for pouches and cohesive peel seal for HDPE, LLDPE or low percent EVA films. It also offers peelable lidding film to other polyolefin substrates. APPEEL™ 11D542 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion and blown film extrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105 & 177.1350, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyester copolymer resin. It works as a sealing layer for lidding applications and pouches for packaging. It has lower melting point than many other polyester resins, making it suitable for coextrusion with temperature sensitive materials. It offers moderate oxygen barrier and does not scalp most common flavorings. APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin is also suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, blown film extrusion, coating and lamination. APPEEL™ 55030 Peelable Resin by Dow is an ethylene type polymer resin. It provides smooth peeling (cohesive failure mode) to various materials including PE, PP and can also be sealed to paper and paperboard. It is used as a heat seal layer in lidding material for polyethylene coated paper cup, injection molded and vacuum molded containers used in packaging of snack, noodle, yogurts and other food items. APPEEL™ 55030 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, coating and lamination. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(2)(i) and (c)2.2. APPEEL™ 53008 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer resin. It is used as a heat seal layer in lidding material for injection molded and vacuum molded plastic containers, especially HIPS and PS used in the packaging of yogurts, jams, butter and other food items. It offers high transparency, boiling resistance, low temperature heat seals with adequate seal strength, and heat sealability to various materials including PE, PP, PS and rigid PVC. APPEEL™ 53008 Peelable Resin is also used to seal paper, paperboard, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, wood and photographic papers. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 55010 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyolefin resin. It offers boiling resistance and strong sealability to PP, creating a peelable seal from it. It is used as a heat seal layer in lidding material for injection molded and vacuum molded containers used in packaging of puddings, jelly and other food items. APPEEL™ 55010 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film, cast film and sheet extrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c), 177.1330(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 35D220 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyolefin resin. It contains anti-block and amide slip agents and acts as a peelable sealing layer. It exhibits broad easy-to-peel seal window, low & consistent peel force, low haze for high clarity, and great processibility for high output rates. It offers an interfacial peel seals for pouches, and occasionally for peel seal from PP and PE. It also provides peelable lidding film to other polyolefin substrates. APPEEL™ 35D220 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion and blown film extrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 22D843 Peelable Resin by Dow is a polypropylene (PP) modified ethylene acrylate (EA) resin. It acts as a masterbatch to achieve peelability in polypropylene-based sealant layer for cup or tray lidding applications. It offers peelable seals over a broad temperature. It is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion and blown film extrusion. It can be used as a modifier for HoPP or CoPP by addition rates between 20% to 40% by weight. APPEEL™ 22D843 Peelable Resin complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1340, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 35D230 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyolefin resin containing anti-block and amide slip agent. It acts as a peelable sealing layer, providing lidding film to polyolefin substrates. It offers interfacial peel seals for pouches, and occasionally for peel seal from PP and PE. APPEEL™ 35D230 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion and coextrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) & 176.170(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. It provides an interfacial peel seals for pouches, and occasionally for peel seal from PP and PE. It offers high clarity and low haze, enhancing the shelf appeal of finished films. APPEEL™ 35D210 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion and blown film extrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) & 176.170(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC.
