APPEEL™ 11D554 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer resin. It acts as a sealing layer, offering easy open experience for lidding applications such as food containers, thermoformed trays and condiment containers. It provides a distinctively versatile peelable seal to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), polystyrene (PS) and PS foams. APPEEL™ 11D554 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film extrusion, coating and lamination. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 53008 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer resin. It is used as a heat seal layer in lidding material for injection molded and vacuum molded plastic containers, especially HIPS and PS used in the packaging of yogurts, jams, butter and other food items. It offers high transparency, boiling resistance, low temperature heat seals with adequate seal strength, and heat sealability to various materials including PE, PP, PS and rigid PVC. It is used in general flexible packaging for snacks and confectionery. APPEEL™ 53008 Peelable Resin is also used to seal paper, paperboard, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, wood and photographic papers. It is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film, coating and lamination. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 35D140 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyolefin resin. It contains anti-block agent and amide slip agent and acts as a peelable sealing layer for lidding applications. It provides an interfacial peel seals for stand up pouches, and occasionally for peel seal from PP and PE. It possesses low COF and excellent hot tack strength for improved processability. It is recommended for dry food, pet food and fresh produce packaging. APPEEL™ 35D140 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film- and cast film extrusion. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) & 176.170(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyester copolymer resin. It works as a sealing layer for lidding applications and pouches for packaging. It provides seals over a broad temperature range to APET and PETG container materials. It has lower melting point than many other polyester resins, making it suitable for coextrusion with temperature sensitive materials. It offers moderate oxygen barrier and does not scalp most common flavorings. APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin is also suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, blown film extrusion, coating and lamination. It complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 176.170(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 20D855 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene acrylate resin containing amide slip agent. It is a general-purpose peelable sealant for lidding applications, PP, PS, PET, and PVC cups & trays. It offers low seal initiation temperature, wide process window, and strong seals for multiple substrates & over a broad temperature range to container materials. APPEEL™ 20D855 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, blown film extrusion, extrusion coating and lamination. It complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1340, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. APPEEL™ 52009 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified ethylene acid terpolymer resin. It acts as a sealing layer for lidding applications in packaging of instant noodle cups. It offers good heat sealability and easy peelability to foamed PS and excellent direct foil adhesion without primers. It is designed for general flexible packaging and provides low temperature seals for snacks and confectionery. APPEEL™ 52009 Peelable Resin is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, coextrusion, coating and lamination. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1330(b), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC.
