APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin

APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin by Dow is a modified polyester copolymer resin. It works as a sealing layer for lidding applications and pouches for packaging. It provides seals over a broad temperature range to APET and PETG container materials. It has lower melting point than many other polyester resins, making it suitable for coextrusion with temperature sensitive materials. It offers moderate oxygen barrier and does not scalp most common flavorings. APPEEL™ 93D894 Peelable Resin is also suitable for processing by conventional extrusion, blown film extrusion, coating and lamination. It complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 176.170(c), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC.
