DAI-EL™ G-7853 by Daikin is a bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) copolymer containing 66% fluorine content. It offers fast curing, excellent processability and clean demolding. DAI-EL™ G-7853 is recommended for compression molding processes. It is applicable for O-rings, seals and fuel/turbo charge hoses. It is a faster version of DAI-EL™ G-7451. DAI-EL™ G-962 by Daikin is a peroxide curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) terpolymer containing 66% fluorine content. It offers good balance of low temperature properties and chemical resistance. DAI-EL™ G-962 is recommended for transfer and injection molding processes. It is applicable for O-rings, seals and fuel/turbo charge hoses. It exhibits excellent processability, fast cure and low postcure. DAI-EL™ G-755 by Daikin is a fluorinated hydrocarbon rubber (FKM) copolymer grade comprising of vinylidenefluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It contains a curing agent (bisphenol AF) and cure accelerator. It is insoluble in water and soluble in low molecular weight ketones & esters. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. DAI-EL™ G-755 is suitable for tubing and hose applications. DAI-EL™ G-7800BP is a bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) gum copolymer by Daikin. It is applicable for O-rings, gaskets and molded tubings. It is recommended for compression molding processes. DAI-EL™ G-7800BP offers best compression set with good mold flowability. It exhibits fast curing, clean demolding and excellent processability. It is soluble in lower ketones and esters. It contains 66% fluorine content. DAI-EL™ G-684BP by Daikin is a general purpose bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) gum terpolymer containing 70% fluorine content. It exhibits excellent processability, fast curing, mold flowability and improved low temperature flexibility. DAI-EL™ G-684BP is recommended for compression, transfer and injection molding processes. It offers exceptional fluid resistance. It is applicable for O-rings, seals, gaskets and molded tubings. It is soluble in lower ketones and esters. DAI-EL™ G-7320BP by Daikin is a bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) gum copolymer. It is soluble in lower ketones and esters. It exhibits processability, clean demolding, fast curing and best roll handling. DAI-EL™ G-7320BP offers excellent heat & compression set resistance. It is recommended for calendaring, extrusion, transfer and injection molding processes. It is applicable for O-rings, seals, gaskets, extruded tubings and calendered sheets. It contains 66% fluorine content. DAI-EL™ G-7351 E by Daikin is a general purpose bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) gum copolymer containing 66% fluorine content. It complies under FDA 177.2600. It offers clean demolding, fast curing and excellent processability. DAI-EL™ G-7351 E is applicable for O-rings, seals, gaskets and molded tubings. It is recommended for transfer and injection molding processes. It is soluble in lower ketones and esters. DAI-EL™ GBR-6005 by Daikin is a base resistant, peroxide curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) containing 62% fluorine content. It offers outstanding elongation, excellent processability and fast curing. It is applicable for O-rings, seals and gaskets. DAI-EL™ GBR-6005 provides superior compression set and low temperature flexibility. It is recommended for transfer and compression molding processes. It is soluble in lower ketones and esters. DAI-EL™ GBR-6002 is a base resistant, peroxide curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) by Daikin. It offers outstanding elongation, excellent processability and fast curing. It exhibits superior compression set and low temperature flexibility. DAI-EL™ G-663BP offers excellent processability, fast curing, mold flowability, improved low temperature flexibility and better fluid resistance than copolymers.
