Exhibits chemical stability, low coefficient of friction, high heat- and chemical resistance, electrical-, mechanical- and non-stick properties. Possesses excellent low temperature strength, dielectric characteristics, low reactivity and it is suitable for low pressure extrusion processes. Recommended for small thin wall tubings, co-axial cables and thin wall electric wire (AWG 16 & smaller). POLYFLON™ PTFE F-207 by Daikin complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO 9001 (Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).

POLYFLON™ PTFE F-131 by Daikin is a soft, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high strength capability, thermal- and chemical stability, low coefficient of friction, high heat- and chemical resistance. Offers excellent low temperature strength, dielectric characteristics, low reactivity, electrical-, mechanical- and non-stick properties. Suitable for extrusion processes. Recommended for unsintered tapes, sealing tapes, low specific gravity tapes, flat cables, tube wraps, expanded and co-axial cables.
