Lusin® Clean 1060 by Chem-Trend commercialized by Chem-Trend is a ready-to-use, highly efficient purging compound with rapid cleaning effect. It is available as translucent white/ yellow granules. Consists of highly efficient cleaning additives. Suitable for screws, cylinders, nozzles and hot runner systems of injection molding machines. Especially developed for caps & closures made of polyolefin. Especially recommended for color or material change as well as for the removal of black spots, carbon residues and cracked materials. Mainly recommended for HDPE showing FI (190°C/2.16kg) between two and four. Recommended dosage is 5 kg (50 mm screw diameter) and 8kg (75 mm screw diameter). Lusin® Clean 1060 commercialized by Chem-Trend complies with European Plastics Regulation No. 10/2011. According to FDA regulations (21 CFR) all components of the formulation are either GRAS or permitted for direct or indirect food contact. Lusin® Clean G 410 by Chem-Trend is a granular ready-to-use purging compound for the screws, cylinders and nozzles of thermoplastic injection molding machines. It contains high grade plastic with additives. It does not contain abrasives. It offers low consumption and rapid cleaning effect. Lusin® Clean G 410 is suitable for all plastics with processing temperatures between 250°C and 410°C e.g., PC (polycarbonate), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), PES (polyethersulfone), PEI (polyethylenimine), etc. and for cleaning hot runners, particularly with external heaters. Recommended cleaning dosage is 0.4 kg (20 mm screw diameter) and 10 kg (100 mm screw diameter). Lusin® Clean G 315 by Chem-Trend is a ready-to-use granular cleaning compound for the screws, cylinders and nozzles of thermoplastic injection molding machines and extruders. Contains no abrasives. Offers low consumption (economical), odorless during application, rapid cleaning effect and prevent carbonization. Removes crusts and deposits from screws, cylinders and nozzles. Suitable for the cleaning of hot runners, especially for plastics with low melt index. Recommended cleaning dosage is 8 kg (60 mm screw diameter) and 21 kg (160 mm screw diameter). Lusin® Clean G 315 is National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)-registered (conforms to H2 listing requirements). Lusin® Clean G 300 by Chem-Trend is a ready-to-use, granular purging compound based on a high-grade thermoplastic material with cleaning additives. Offers low consumption and rapid cleaning effect. It preventas carbonization and removes deposits within the operational temperature from screw, cylinder and head. Suitable for screws, cylinders, heads of blow machines & extruders and for all plastics up to a processing temperature of 300°C. Recommended cleaning dosage is 1 kg (30 mm screw diameter) and 30 kg (120 mm screw diameter). Lusin® Clean G 300 is NSF-registered (conforms to H2 listing requirements). Also suitable for PVC and PMMA. Lusin® Clean G 320 by Chem-Trend is an odorless, ready-to-use purging compound. It contains high grade plastic with additives.<br>

Lusin® Clean G 301 commercialized by Chem-Trend is National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)-registered (conforms to H2 listing requirements). Lusin® Clean 1500 commercialized by Chem-Trend is a high concentrated purging compound that is specially developed for the processing of polycarbonate. Contains highly efficient cleaning additives. Does not contain any abrasives. It is completely miscible with polycarbonate and doesn’t generate any milky traces. Offers no smell during application, no contamination of the following parts, removes residues & encrustations. Lusin® Clean 1500 commercialized by Chem-Trend is suitable for colour & material change as well as for removal of black spot contaminations & carbon residues especially on transparent parts and hotrunner systems during polycarbonate processing. Recommended cleaning dosage is 0.1 kg (30 mm screw diameter) and 0.2 kg (40 mm screw diameter).
