Lusin® Clean G 410

Lusin® Clean G 410 by Chem-Trend is a granular ready-to-use purging compound for the screws, cylinders and nozzles of thermoplastic injection molding machines. It contains high grade plastic with additives. It does not contain abrasives. It offers low consumption and rapid cleaning effect. Lusin® Clean G 410 is suitable for all plastics with processing temperatures between 250°C and 410°C e.g., PC (polycarbonate), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), PES (polyethersulfone), PEI (polyethylenimine), etc. and for cleaning hot runners, particularly with external heaters. Recommended cleaning dosage is 0.4 kg (20 mm screw diameter) and 10 kg (100 mm screw diameter).
