Lusin® Clean 1060

Lusin® Clean 1060 by Chem-Trend commercialized by Chem-Trend is a ready-to-use, highly efficient purging compound with rapid cleaning effect. It is available as translucent white/ yellow granules. Consists of highly efficient cleaning additives. Suitable for screws, cylinders, nozzles and hot runner systems of injection molding machines. Especially developed for caps & closures made of polyolefin. Especially recommended for color or material change as well as for the removal of black spots, carbon residues and cracked materials. Mainly recommended for HDPE showing FI (190°C/2.16kg) between two and four. Recommended dosage is 5 kg (50 mm screw diameter) and 8kg (75 mm screw diameter). Lusin® Clean 1060 commercialized by Chem-Trend complies with European Plastics Regulation No. 10/2011. According to FDA regulations (21 CFR) all components of the formulation are either GRAS or permitted for direct or indirect food contact.
