Lusin® Clean 1061

Lusin® Clean 1061 commercialized by Chem-Trend is a ready-to-use, highly efficient purging compound with rapid cleaning effect. It is available as translucent yellow/ granules. Contains highly efficient cleaning additives. Suitable for screws, cylinders, nozzles and hot runner systems of injection molding machines. Especially developed for caps & closures made of polyolefin. It can also be used as freezing mixture for shutdown procedures during the weekend. Especially recommended for color or material change as well as for the removal of black spots, carbon residues and cracked materials. Recommended cleaning dosage is 6 kg (50 mm screw diameter) and 9kg (75 mm screw diameter). Lusin® Clean 1061 commercialized by Chem-Trend complies with European Plastics Regulation No. 10/2011. According to FDA regulations (21 CFR) all components of the formulation are either GRAS or permitted for direct or indirect food contact.
