Borstar® FB2310 by Borealis is an odorless, recyclable, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade containing an antioxidant. Exhibits high molecular weight, very good- & flexible extrusion behavior, excellent drop down and outstanding mechanical properties and high toughness in cold conditions. Designed for processing by blown film extrusion. Borstar® FB2310 is used in heavy-duty sacks, frozen food packaging, agricultural-, protective- and shrink film applications. Complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006. It is insoluble in water. Borstar® HE6062A by Borealis is a black, bimodal, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It contains carbon black to provide good weathering performance. It provides outstanding processability, very good toughness, excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), excellent abrasion & scratch resistance. It offers low water permeability and termite resistance. It offers low heat deformation, good UV resistance, low shrinkage, excellent surface finish and excellent surface hardness. It is designed for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for jacketing of energy cables. It meets the following material classification including ISO 1872-PE, KCHL, 45 D-006, ASTM D1248 Type III, Class C, Category 4, Grade E8, E9, J4 and W8,9. The following cable material standards are met by Borstar® HE6062A such as EN 50290-2-24, DIN VDE 0207, Type 2YM3, DMP 2 and DMP 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 specifications. Borstar® HE6069 by Borealis is a black laser printable, UV-stabilized, bimodal high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grade.<br>

Borstar® FB4230 complies with EC Regulations 1907/2006, food contact Commission Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and 2023/2006, CONEG, REACH, RoHS and WEEE. Borstar® ME6052 by Borealis is an odorless, bimodal, medium density polyethylene (MDPE) compound with 2.5% well-dispersed carbon black. It provides excellent surface finish, reduced shrinkage, high processability, excellent toughness and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). It is designed for processing by extrusion method. It shows excellent abrasion-, scratch-, UV- and petroleum-jelly resistance. It exhibits excellent weathering resistance, good surface hardness, low water permeability and superior heat deformation. Borstar® ME6052 is used in fiber optics, jacketing of energy and communication cables. It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
