Borstar® HE6067 by Borealis is an odorless, bimodal, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade with 2.5% well-dispersed carbon black. It provides high processability, very low shrinkage, excellent toughness and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). It shows excellent abrasion-, scratch-, weather- and petroleum-jelly resistance. It exhibits excellent mechanical & barrier properties, low water permeability and low heat deformation. It is designed for processing by extrusion method. Borstar® HE6067 is used in fiber optics and jacketing of energy and communication cables. It complies with EC Regulation No 1907/2006, REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
