SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 by Elkem Silicones is a tin-free, single component, non-staining, easy to handle elastomer. It offers non-slip characteristics to treated fabrics, good tear strength and low modulus of elasticity. It provides quick skin over & cure rate which can be further accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity. It shows excellent adhesion to cotton, nylon, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane and various blends. It is curable at room temperature and resistant to dyes & detergents. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 is designed for lace coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for support stockings), bra strap & support band coatings and knee-length stocking to coating. It is also used in non-slip trouser waistband coating, table lace fabric and industrial fabrics. It is suitable for fabrics for medical applications. It has a shelf life of 18 months. SILBIONE™ TCS 7772 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, heat curing, liquid silicone elastomer which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It possesses good elongation and softness. It offers quick cure rate, with heat, equalized viscosity between two parts and resistance to dyes and detergents. It is a non-staining & easy to handle product. It is used in anti-slip coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for undergarments & lingerie) and highly stretchable fabrics & bands where non-slip characteristics are needed. SILBIONE™ TCS 7772 A/B is suited for medical support stockings & devices and textile coating applications. SILBIONE™ TCS 7541 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, easy pumpable, heat curing, liquid silicone elastomer which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It is associated with catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7604C. It allows addition of fillers and pigments. It offers solventless technology, ease of processing, high mechanical properties and thermal resistance. This grade displays good adhesion on various substrates without primer. It is used in technical textile coatings and conveyor belts. It is food contact compliant. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ TCS 7541 A/B is 12 months. SILBIONE™ TCS 7773 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a soft, two-component liquid silicone elastomer which cures to a clear elastomer when exposed to high temperature. It possesses excellent elongation. This grade offers excellent anti-slip characteristics, high elasticity, quick cure with heat, durability and excellent adhesion to multiple substrates. It is used in undergarments, athletic wear, gloves applications. It is designed for highly stretchable substrates, thick coatings, bonding & encapsulation and nozzle extrusion. SILBIONE™ TCS 7773 A/B is used in skin contact, narrow fabric bands, medical apparel, compression garments and textile coating applications. SILBIONE™ TCS 7561 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, heat curing liquid silicone elastomer which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It is associated with the catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7602 C. It is used in coating of continuous or non-continuous bands and laces (for support stockings) and bra straps, trousers’ waist bands, parts of lingerie articles. This grade is also suitable for highly technical fabrics where excellent non-slip characteristics are needed, textile coating applications and medical support stockings. It possesses extremely low softness and very low modulus for a better skin contact & comfort. It provides solventless technology, surface stickiness and quick cure rate, with heat. This easy-to-process product shows resistance to dyes and detergents. It can be mixed with SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A to obtain modulated stickiness. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ TCS 7561 A/B is 6 months. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, heat curing liquid silicone elastomer which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It is associated with the catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7602 C. It possesses good physical properties, low modulus of elasticity and softness. It provides excellent non-slip characteristics, solventless technology and quick cure rate, with heat. This non-staining & easy to process product shows resistance to dyes and detergents. It is used in coating of continuous or non-continuous elastic bands (for support stockings) and bra strap & support band coatings. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A/B is also recommended for knee-length stocking top coating, textile coating, non-slip trouser waist band coating and medical support stockings. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. SILBIONE™ LSR 4745 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a self lubricating, liquid silicone rubber grade. It provides high strength, high tear strength, and excellent mold release for shorter cycle times. It also provides internal lubrication for non-stick surfaces. It is designed for molded medical applications for skin contact or <30 day implantation. It is suitable for general molded parts where high slip is required. It delays bleed to prevent mold fouling. It can help prevent slit-healing. It is used in needleless valves, check valves, duckbill valves, one-way valves. SILBIONE™ LSR 4745 A/B rapidly cures at elevated temperature.
