SILBIONE™ TCS 7381

SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 by Elkem Silicones is a tin-free, single component, non-staining, easy to handle elastomer. It offers non-slip characteristics to treated fabrics, good tear strength and low modulus of elasticity. It provides quick skin over & cure rate which can be further accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity. It shows excellent adhesion to cotton, nylon, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane and various blends. It is curable at room temperature and resistant to dyes & detergents. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 is designed for lace coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for support stockings), bra strap & support band coatings and knee-length stocking to coating. It is also used in non-slip trouser waistband coating, table lace fabric and industrial fabrics. It is suitable for fabrics for medical applications. It has a shelf life of 18 months.
