Bluesil™ TCS 7550 A/B by Bluestar Silicones is a two-component heat-curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. It exhibits good fire resistance and low thermal conductivity (high insulation properties). It shows a fast cure at elevated temperature, long bath life at room temperature (>16 hrs) and high bond strength without primer. Bluesil™ TCS 7550 A/B is specially engineered for industrial and high-performance textile coatings for example thermal insulation applications. It is also used in bonding coated and uncoated fabrics. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
Bluesil™ ESA 7242 A/B by Bluestar Silicones is a two-component, heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that crosslinks by a polyaddition reaction. It is well suited for applications that require a heat curable silicone elastomer for potting of electronics. This product is used in power supplies, sensors, transformers, high voltage modulators, electrical controls and connectors. <br>

Bluesil™ FR 1593 A/B FOAM by Bluestar Silicones is a two-component silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature. It is specially developed to act as a fire barrier. It is therefore particularly suitable for sealing penetrations which are difficult to access. <br>
