Bluesil™ TCS 7550 A/B by Bluestar Silicones is a two-component heat-curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. It exhibits good fire resistance and low thermal conductivity (high insulation properties). It shows a fast cure at elevated temperature, long bath life at room temperature (>16 hrs) and high bond strength without primer. Bluesil™ TCS 7550 A/B is specially engineered for industrial and high-performance textile coatings for example thermal insulation applications. It is also used in bonding coated and uncoated fabrics. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Bluesil™ FR 1593 A/B FOAM by Bluestar Silicones is a two-component silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature. It is specially developed to act as a fire barrier. It is therefore particularly suitable for sealing penetrations which are difficult to access. <br>

It is easy to process and can be applied by spray if diluted. It provides a very thin layer coating without dilution. Its cure rate can be accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity. It is specifically designed for the technical fabrics, coating of textile and conveyor belts applications. BLUESIL™ TCS 7311 has a shelf life of 12 months. BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. It shows excellent adhesion even on difficult substrates. It is a low viscosity grade and easily pumpable to sustain high coating speed. It allows the addition of fillers and pigments. It offers a fast cure at elevated temperature, high bond strength without primer on textiles (PA, PET, glass fabric) and long bath life at room temperature (>16hrs). BLUESIL™ TCS 7537 A/B is specially engineered for technical textile- & airbag fabrics coatings, technical fabrics for insulation, safety and protection. It has a shelf life of 6 months. BLUESIL™ ESA 7242 QC A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that crosslinks by a polyaddition reaction. This product is used in power supplies, sensors, transformers, high voltage modulators and electrical controls. It is suitable for high voltage resistor packs, relays, amplifiers and connectors. BLUESIL™ RTV 3325 RED by Elkem Silicones is a low modulus, polycondensation silicone elastomer which, after the addition of a catalyst, cures at room temperature and leads to a flexible and elastic material. It offers good fluidity, excellent mechanical properties, in particular tear strength, excellent flexibility and facilitates mold release. It is used to produce parts made of different materials, such as plaster, wax, acrylic resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, as well as silicone elastomers. This product is suitable for decoration items: cornices, ornaments, statues, figurines: toys, candles, statues, giftware and furnishing: furniture and decorative parts. It is also used in construction: decorative items, pavement, paving stone, columns and artistic foundries: molds for the lost wax casting technique. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3325 RED is 12 months. BLUESIL™ TCS 7757 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer, which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It shows high tear strength, good abrasion- and scuff resistance on certain fabrics. It is used in the solvent-free system and is fit for high coating weight with the relevant process. It has long bath life at room temperature (>8hrs) and a fast cure at elevated temperature properties. BLUESIL™ TCS 7757 A/B is specially engineered for technical textile coatings such as industrial and high-performance fabrics, artificial leather applications. It has a shelf life of 6 months. BLUESIL™ TCS 7516 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a low viscosity, two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer, which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It exhibits a fast cure at elevated temperature and high bond strength without primer on textiles from different origins. It allows very low coat weight (<30g/m<sup>2</sup>) and long bath life at room temperature (>16hrs). It provides a good heating resistance and balances high tear strength & comb stripping resistance to the coated fabric. It is easily pumpable to sustain high coating speed. BLUESIL™ TCS 7516 A/B is specially engineered for technical textile coatings such as coated airbags, industrial coating and high-performance fabrics. It has a shelf life of 9 months. Bluesil™ RTV 3325 P by Bluestar Silicones is a two-component, silicone elastomer. This grade upon reaction at room temperature through the addition of BLUESIL™ CATA 83 acquires good mechanical and resilient properties. It offers easy application, low linear shrinkage, good heat seal of the molds obtained and easy release of the copies. <br>
