X_Butyl® BB 2030 by ARLANXEO is a sulfur-cure, brominated isobutylene-isoprene copolymer grade. It is used in pharmaceutical and medical applications like closures for infusion containers, injection vials, lyophilization & blood collection tubes. X_Butyl® BB 2030 is also recommended for constructions, automtive and consumer goods applications. X_Butyl® RB 301 by ARLANXEO is a non-staining, medium unsaturation isobutylene-isoprene copolymer. It exhibits a high permeation barrier, low-frequency damping and resistance to ozone, oil & heat aging. It provides good heat stability and a fast reversion-resistant cure. X_Butyl® RB 301 is used in adhesives, industrial(seals),building/constructions and automotive applications. It is also recommended for consumer goods, tire and wire & cable connectors. X_Butyl® CB 1240 by ARLANXEO is a non-staining, chlorinated isobutylene-isoprene copolymer grade. It is used in pharmaceutical and medical applications like closures for infusion containers, injection vials, lyophilization and blood collection tubes. X_Butyl® CB 1240 is suitable for tires, industrial, building/construction and automotive applications. It is also used in adhesives, medical and consumer good applications. X_Butyl® RB 100 by ARLANXEO is a non-staining, low-unsaturation, isobutylene-isoprene copolymer with low Mooney viscosity. The incorporation of isoprene creates double bonds allowing vulcanization with sulfur and other agents. It is suitable for a variety of rubber products, such as tire inner tubes, curing bladders and protective clothing. X_Butyl® RB 100 is also used in adhesives, automotive/mobility, building/construction, tire curing envelopes, wire & cable connectors. X_Butyl® RB 402 by ARLANXEO is a non-staining, high-unsaturation, isobutylene-isoprene copolymer with low Mooney viscosity. The incorporation of isoprene creates double bonds allowing vulcanization with sulfur and other agents. It is suitable for a variety of rubber products, such as tire inner tubes, curing bladders and protective clothing. X_Butyl® RB 402 is also used in automotive/mobility, building/construction, industrial and medical products. It is also recommended for adhesives, consumer goods and wire & cable connectors. X_Butyl® BB 2040 by ARLANXEO is a non-staining, brominated isobutylene-isoprene copolymer grade. It exhibits very low permeability to gases & liquids and excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, oil & heat. It offers high hysteresis for energy absorption, high damping, good low-temperature flexibility and resistance to acidic & basic chemicals. It shows a fast reversion-resistant cure and excellent aging properties. X_Butyl® BB 2040 is used in adhesives, tire, medical and consumer goods applications. It is also recommended for industrial, automotive and building/construction applications. X_Butyl® BB X2 by Arlanxeo is a sulfur-cure, non-staining, brominated isobutylene-isoprene coploymer. X_Butyl® BB X2 is used in pharmaceutical and medical applications like closures for infusion containers, injection vials, lyophilization & blood collection tubes, infusion pumps, pre-filled syringes, insulin injectors, dental anaesthetics and respirator masks & tubes. X_Butyl® RB 101-3 by Arlanxeo is a non-staining, low unsaturation, isobutylene-isoprene copolymer. Offers minimized transmission of air & water, low-temperature flexibility, outstanding stability and resistance to aging. It prevents hardening, brittleness and shattering. It also serves as a hydrophobic plasticizer, providing softness and smoothness to enhance chewing. X_Butyl® RB 101-3 is used in chewing gums.
