Zythane® 8090AM by Alliance Polymers & Services is a halogen-free polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)/TPE-S alloy. Exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, toughness and high temperature low compression set. Possesses good oil-, fuel-, chemical- & solvent resistance, and good hydrolytic stability. Is a lightweight, durable, recyclable and naturally antimicrobial grade. Provides good elasticity, color stability with UV additives and good-to-excellent transparency. Shows excellent low temperature flexibility, fatigue resistance and cut & tear resistance. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Zythane® 5070A by Alliance Polymers & Services is polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer. It exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and toughness. This grade possesses good oil-, fuel-, & solvent resistance and good hydrolytic stability. Zythane® 5070A is processed by extrusion (blow molding) and injection molding (blow molding). It is used in spiral & pneumatic tubing, round & V-belting and blow molded bellows. Zythane® 7085AU by Alliance Polymers & Services is a UV-stabilized polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer. Used in cable sheathing, automotive sensor cables, cable jacketing, flat flex cables, spiral & pneumatic tubing, film, irrigation hoses, conveyor hoses, fire hoses and hydraulic hoses. It is FDA approved. Zythane® 4070D by Alliance Polymers & Services is polyester based TPU. It possesses good oil-, fuel-, & solvent resistance and good hydrolytic stability. This grade exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and toughness. It is processed by injection molding. It is suitable for automotive interior parts, cell phones and cases, footwear applications such as shoe soles, sporting goods like ski and skate boot shells & golf disks. Zythane® 4070D is used in transportation goods like caster wheels, animal ID tags, couplings, gaskets & seals, tool handles, industrial parts, armrests, mining screens and other power tools. Zythane® 8080DU by Alliance Polymers & Services is a clear, halogen-free polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, clarity, UV-stability, high elastic modulus (about 275,000 psi) and softening temperature. Possesses good oil-, fuel-, chemical- & solvent resistance, and good hydrolytic stability. Is a lightweight, durable, recyclable and naturally anti-microbial grade. Provides medium rigidity, good elasticity, color stability with UV additives and good-to-excellent transparency.
