Zythane® 3045DX by Alliance Polymers & Services is a lightweight, durable, recyclable polycaprolactone based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade by Alliance Polymers & Services. It is a naturally antimicrobial grade and exhibits good hydrolytic stability, toughness and low compression set. Provides good oil-, excellent abrasion-, fuel-, chemical- and solvent resistance. Provides good elasticity, color stability with UV additives and good-to-excellent transparency. Also exhibits excellent low temperature flexibility, fatigue- and cut- and tear resistance. Can be processed by injection molding. Zythane® 3045DX by Alliance Polymers & Services is used for hydraulic seal applications.
