Zythane® 7045D

Zythane® 7045D by Alliance Polymers & Services is a polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer. Exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility, fatigue resistance, cut & tear resistance and toughness. Possesses good oil-, fuel-, chemical- & solvent resistance, and good hydrolytic stability. Is a lightweight, durable, recyclable & naturally antimicrobial grade. Offers good processability and provides good elasticity, color stability with UV additives and good-to-excellent transparency. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Used in cable sheathing, automotive sensor cables, cable jacketing, flat flex cables, spiral & pneumatic tubing, film, irrigation hoses, conveyor hoses, fire hoses and hydraulic hoses. Zythane® 7045D is FDA approved.

This grade possesses good oil-, fuel-, & solvent resistance and good hydrolytic stability. Zythane® 5070A is processed by extrusion (blow molding) and injection molding (blow molding). It is used in spiral & pneumatic tubing, round & V-belting and blow molded bellows.
