Zythane® 3045DX

Zythane® 3045DX by Alliance Polymers & Services is a lightweight, durable, recyclable polycaprolactone based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade by Alliance Polymers & Services. It is a naturally antimicrobial grade and exhibits good hydrolytic stability, toughness and low compression set. Provides good oil-, excellent abrasion-, fuel-, chemical- and solvent resistance. Provides good elasticity, color stability with UV additives and good-to-excellent transparency. Also exhibits excellent low temperature flexibility, fatigue- and cut- and tear resistance. Can be processed by injection molding. Zythane® 3045DX by Alliance Polymers & Services is used for hydraulic seal applications.

Zythane® 3045D

Zythane® 3045D by Alliance Polymers & Services is polycaprolactone based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade. Exhibits good hydrolytic stability, good toughness and low compression set. Provides excellent abrasion-, good oil-, fuel- and solvent resistance. It is processed by injection molding. Zythane® 3045D by Alliance Polymers & Services is used in hydraulic seals.

Zythane® 7085AU by Alliance Polymers & Services is a UV-stabilized polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer. Exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility, fatigue resistance, cut & tear resistance and toughness. Possesses good oil-, fuel-, chemical- & solvent resistance, and good hydrolytic stability. Is a lightweight, durable, recyclable & naturally antimicrobial grade. Offers good processability and provides good elasticity, color stability with UV additives and good-to-excellent transparency. Zythane® 7085AU by Alliance Polymers & Services can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Used in cable sheathing, automotive sensor cables, cable jacketing, flat flex cables, spiral & pneumatic tubing, film, irrigation hoses, conveyor hoses, fire hoses and hydraulic hoses. It is FDA approved.
