AFLAS® 150C

AFLAS® 150C by AGC is an electron-beam curable, flexibility modifier fluoropolymer grade. Possesses low viscosity, excellent elongation and can be pigmented. Exhibits high heat resistance, outstanding steam resistance, excellent base-, acid-, many solvents-, ozone and amine resistance. Offers extremely high electrical resistivity compared with other elastomers. It must be optimally formulated, cured (100 kGy of electron beam irradiation) to take full advantage of its physical properties. Can be processed by wire extrusion. It is used in wire insulator and cable jacket. AFLAS® 150C is recommended for oil & gas, chemical process, wire & cable, industrial equipment, food handling, pharmaceutical, heavy duty diesel and automotive industries applications.

AFLAS® 150L

AFLAS® 150L by AGC is a peroxide-curable, viscosity modifier fluoropolymer grade. Possesses low viscosity, excellent elongation, flexibility and can be molded into complex shapes. Exhibits high heat resistance, outstanding steam-, base-, acid-, many solvents-, ozone and amine resistance. Offers extremely high electrical resistivity compared with other elastomers and excellent processing for lining. It must be optimally formulated, cured (170°C for 20 minutes) and post cured (200°C for = 4 hours) to take full advantage of its physical properties. Can be processed by compression/ transfer molding. It is used in butterfly valve linings, sheets and electrical connectors. AFLAS® 150L is recommended for oil & gas, chemical process, wire & cable, industrial equipment, food handling, pharmaceutical, heavy-duty diesel and automotive industries applications.

Exhibits high heat resistance compared to FKMs, outstanding steam, base, acid, many solvents-, ozone and amine resistance. Offers extremely high electrical resistivity compared with other elastomers. It is suitable for processing by profile extrusion. AFLAS® 150P is used in O-rings, gaskets, seals, hoses, tubes and sheets. AFLAS® 300S

AFLAS® 300S by AGC is a peroxide cure type fluoropolymer grade. It shows superior amine resistance & electrical insulation, outstanding heat-resistance, extremely low aromatizing properties and exceptional reliability. It offers high resistance to chemicals such as acids, bases and steam. It can be processed by extrusion. It can be used in gaskets and packing on piping components for production lines. It is recommended for food processing, nuclear power generators, electrical fields, chemical plants, automobiles and machinery. AFLAS® 300S is suitable for O-rings, wires & cables and oil seals.

AFLAS® 200P (SPL-FKM)

AFLAS® 200P (SPL-FKM) by AGC is a peroxide-curable, specialty fluoropolymer grade. Exhibits outstanding heat-, base-, acids-, many solvents and ozone resistance. Offers improved cold temperature performance and can be solvated. Exhibits resistance to aggressive oils which contain anti-oxidants. It must be optimally formulated, press cured (170°C, 20 minutes) and post cured (230°C, 24 hours). AFLAS®200P (SPL-FKM) is used in oil seals, shaft seals, O-rings and gaskets. Recommended for oil & gas, chemical process, wire & cable, industrial equipment, food handling, pharmaceutical, heavy duty diesel and automotive industries applications. Classified by ASTM D 1418-01 as TYPE IV FKM.

AFLAS® PM-3000

AFLAS® PM-3000 is a translucent white colored, peroxide-curable, semi-commercialized perfluoropolymer grade. Possesses excellent mechanical strength, compression set, processability and hot service temperature at 230°C with peak exposure of 250°C. Exhibits superior oil resistance, excellent heat-, outstanding chemical and solvent resistance. Is suitable for extremely harsh, aggressive chemical environments and can be compounded to be highly resistant to rapid gas decompression (eg NORSOK). It must be optimally formulated, molded, press cured (150°C, 20 minutes), post cured (250°C, 4 hours under air) to take full advantage of its physical properties. Is suitable for long service use (>25 years) in harsh environments and can be compounded to be highly resistant to rapid gas decompression (eg NORSOK).
