Fluon® CD086E by AGC is a white colored polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade available in the form of free-flowing powder. Offers good transparency, and good crystallinity. Is suitable for processing by paste extrusion technique at low to medium reduction ratio followed by drying and sintering. Fluon® CD086E is recommended for high quality hose for high pressure gases, automotive fuel lines, and convoluted tubes.
Fluon® LM-730AP by AGC is a general purpose ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) grade. Exhibits low melting point, improved optical clarity, and good flexibility. Offers good chemical resistance, high heat resistance, and good physical toughness. Is suitable for processing by coextrusion and injection molding. It is suitable for automotive applications such as fuel hoses. Fluon® LM-730AP complies with the FDA and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
Fluon® AH-2000 by AGC is a non-conductive ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) grade. Exhibits anti-stick property and good processability. Offers good physical toughness, high heat- and good chemical resistance benefits. Suitable for processing by coextrusion. Designed for laminated tubes and films with other plastics. Fluon® AH-2000 is used for automotive applications such as fuel hoses. Complies with the FDA regulations.
